Letsmedi is an online reservation system that offers its users a platform where they can share their experiences about overseas treatment packages (clinics, hotels, tours, etc.), their contents and all medical travel services.
1.Service Scope
1.1. These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time and apply to all of our services provided directly or indirectly (ie through third parties) via the internet, mobile devices, email or telephone.
1.2. By using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions, in addition to the privacy policy, as well as the cookies policy.
2. Services and Contract
2.1. On the Letsmedi website, it is possible to view the contracted overseas treatment packages and make online reservations through the Letmedi system.
2.2. These reservations and their contents do not affect other agreements between partner clinics, institutions and users.
3. Letsmedi Community and Members Area
3.1. Users have the option to join the Letsmedi Community (hereinafter referred to as the “Community”) and/or create a membership account in the Letsmedi Member Area. Registered users can actively participate in the development of the platform both by publishing their own content in the Community and by administrative functions. Unregistered users can read Letsmedi content for free.
3.2. Users have the option to manage and save reservations through the Letsmedi Member Area. To create an account, users are asked for personal information. Except for the username, none of the personal information is visible. For detailed information, please review our Privacy Policy. If the account is deleted, all user data will be permanently deleted.
3.3. A user cannot register multiple times. The user is responsible for the accuracy and integrity of his personal information.
3.4. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of his user account information, especially his password. They are also responsible for the use of their own accounts regarding Letsmed and third parties. The user must not disclose this data to the use of third parties.
3.5. In case of unauthorized use of Letsmedi services by using the wrong username and password, the registered user is obliged to notify Letsmedi immediately.

5. User Obligations
5.1. The user is responsible for the acquisition of the rights uploaded to Letsmedi content (text, photos, comments, links, etc.). The user undertakes that all rights of the content published on Letsmedi belong to him and that the rights of any third party will not be harmed by this content.
5.2. Users agree not to use Letsmedi for the following purposes:

- Virus; software that damages hardware; or contain other computer programs that may affect computer use,

5.3. The user assures that Letsmedi will not use programs or functions to generate content or automatic page views.
6. right of termination
6.1. Letsmedi may terminate members’ access to the page by giving one week’s notice and delete their registration. Members can also terminate their memberships, provided that they give one week’s notice. The right to terminate without delay due to an important reason is reserved for both parties.
7. Responsibility
7.1. Letsmedi is not responsible for the accuracy, quality, integrity, safety and credibility of the content published on Letsmedi by users or contracted clinic, institution sites. There is no recommendation from Letsmedi, especially during the selection of clinics, doctors and similar institution facilities.
7.2. Letsmedi is not covered by contractual arrangements, agreements and indictments; These are valid between the Letsmedi user and the relevant contractual agreements between the institution.
7.3. Letsmedi does not threaten the accuracy and completeness of the content provided by Community members or contracted institution sites. This content is provided by the clinic and institution sites or the Community for publication on the website with the reference of the relevant institution. Letsmedi has no influence on this information (especially pictures, videos, comments and opinions). User-generated content and report publication do not affect Letsmedi’s opinion. In particular, Letsmedi does not claim that this content is its own content.
7.4. Hyperlinks, advertising spaces, clinic, institution locations, and other information about service providers do not constitute a recommendation by Letsmedi to third parties. Due to technical reasons, reservation price updates listed on contracted institution sites are not real-time. Therefore, sometimes the prices on the contracted institution sites may not be the same as the prices on Letsmedi. Letsmedi does not guarantee the accuracy of the information, especially in terms of price and suitability.
7.5. Letsmedi is not responsible for technical failures, as it is not within its scope of responsibility or for damages caused by force majeure. Letmsedi does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of data and may perform technical maintenance for a freely chosen period.
8. Changing the Terms of Service
During the use of Letsmedi, the current “Terms of Service” apply. In case of a change in the “Terms of Service” to registered members, this change will be notified via e-mail. Users can use the current “Terms of Service”, save them on their computers and print them.
